These terms apply when you use the CliniDesk website or the CliniDesk service. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The service
CliniDesk provides appointment booking through WhatsApp and a dashboard for clinics to manage those appointments. Features marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available and may change.
Not medical advice
CliniDesk handles scheduling only. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. In an emergency, patients should contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
Your responsibilities as a clinic
You are responsible for keeping doctors' schedules accurate, for the accounts of your staff, and for using CliniDesk in line with applicable laws, including any rules on contacting patients.
Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse CliniDesk — for example by sending spam, attempting to access data that isn't yours or interfering with the service.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in PKR as agreed when you sign up. Prices may change with advance notice.
Third-party services
CliniDesk relies on third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business Platform. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their outages may affect CliniDesk.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep CliniDesk reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Ending the service
You can stop using CliniDesk at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
